Facebook Admin continues to block, restrict and suppress Trinity Mount Ministries from:

1. Sharing AMBER Alerts and updates.

2. Sharing child safety information.

3. Sharing missing children posters and updates.

4. Sharing police and public safety alerts and updates.

4. Sharing Community events and services.

5. Sharing posts of faith and inspiration.

6. Sharing news articles and reports.

Facebook treats their users as if they were little children, attempting to punish their disobedience with restrictions and time outs. I've been to Facebook HQ several times for paid research sessions, being surprised by how young the Facebook staff and employees were, which might explain their rules, policies and procedures and how they are implemented. Their disciplinary actions cause laughter, anger and disbelief.

In order to maintain their control over free speech and/or anything that goes against their agenda - blocking, restricting and suppression[a] are their modus operandi.[b] Facebook is not in the business of respecting people's rights and can block, restrict, suppress or remove anything that they want to without any repercussions. That is just they way their culture is and I accept that. Nevertheless, my hope is that Facebook Admin might read this without bias, recognizing what type of content they are blocking, restricting and/or suppressing (such as posts to help and protect missing and exploited children), and reconsider some of their policies that cause more harm than help.

Brett Fletcher - Founder of Trinity Mount Ministries

[a] the action of suppressing something such as an activity or publication.

[b] a particular way or method of doing something, especially one that is characteristic or well-established.

NORWALK, CT — A man accused of trying to take a child out of a parked car in Norwalk, then offering to purchase the child for money, was arrested Sunday evening, according to police.

In a news release, Police Lt. Joe Dinho said officers were called to Bouton Street around 5:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a man trying to take a child out of a parked car.

A woman told police once she unbuckled the child's seatbelt in the back of the vehicle, an unknown man reached in and began to remove the child from the car, Dinho said.

When responding officers found a man that matched the description, he was slurring his words and appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance, police said. The man was then identified by the woman as the person who tried to take the child, Dinho said.

Jose Domingo, 37, of Norwalk, was arrested and taken to police headquarters for processing, where he was found to have a substance that tested positive for cocaine in his possession, Dinho said.

Domingo was charged with risk of injury to a child, possession of controlled substance, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree kidnapping. He was held on a $150,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court later this month, according to Dinho.

For The Children...

By Brett Fletcher @TrinityMount

I urge The Congress, The Senate and all the people on The Hill - please, for the sake of Missing and Exploited Children stateside and worldwide: do not allow partisan blindness to steer you view of a global catastrophe - the sex trafficking of children. While bickering and fighting for partisan superiority takes priority over the well-being of the only innocent among us, children, this despicable crime yields the highest profits globally.

Do not take my word for it, look to the people and organizations that deal with this human tragedy on a daily basis: NCMEC, ICMEC, INTERPOL, International and national Law Enforcement, police departments, DOJ, DHS, FBI, as well as other child advocates and organizations who are sounding the alarm, and have been for years and years.

This must be a bipartisan concern, anything else is shameful and disgraceful. Listening to people who have a voice, failing to recognize the enormity of this issue is appalling and turning a deaf ear to the cries of children waiting to be rescued from the grips of pure evil. Open your heart, open your eyes and join the fight to rescue these children by all means possible. This is not a political problem... please stop treating it as if it were.

700 Images Of Child Pornography Lands Chesco Man Behind Bars

Cristian Brown was convicted by a jury of seven counts of possessing child pornography.

WEST CHESTER, PA —A 21-year-old West Chester man was sentenced Tuesday in the Chester County Justice Center to seven to 15 years in state prison after being convicted of possessing child pornography.

Cristian Brown was also ordered by Judge Patrick Carmody to serve 11 years of probation following the prison term.

“By using the dark web to further his predatory behavior of children the defendant was able to obtain and possess hundreds of the most horrific images of child pornography,” District Attorney Deb Ryan said after the sentence was handed down.

“Each one of these images is a real victim who will suffer these indignities and violations indefinitely.”

According to Chester County detectives, a total of 700 images of child pornography were on one of the computers used by the defendant.

The library of images recovered depicted child victims between the ages of 2 and 14 years old who were sexually assaulted.

Jason Escalante, 28, of Braidwood, has remained in the Will County Jail since May 24, unable to make his $25,000 bail. (Mugshot via Will County Jail )

BRAIDWOOD, IL — Just a few weeks after Braidwood's convicted child sexual predator Jason Escalante tried to ride on a yellow school bus during a school field trip, Braidwood police have arrested Escalanate, once again, after he visited the Reed-Custer Elementary School property last week, court records show

In the school bus incident, Escalanate stayed in the Will County Jail from May 5 until May 13, when his bail was cut from $10,000 to $5,000. Then, last Wednesday, Escalanate was booked into the jail again and this time his new bail is higher, it's $25,000.

On May 25, Will County prosecutors charged the 32-year-old Escalanate with unlawful presence in a school zone. The criminal complaint states that Escalanate, a child sex offender, was knowingly present on property comprising a school, the Reed Custer Elementary School, where persons under the age of 18 were present in the school building.

According to the Braidwood police Facebook page, around 9 a.m. on May 24, officers saw Escalante, who is a known sex offender, drive through the front parking lot of the Reed-Custer Elementary School to drop off his girlfriend's child. Escalante was taken into custody a short time later, and school officials were notified immediately, police noted.

Escalante's next hearing at the Will County Courthouse is set for June 5 in Courtroom 405 of Will County Judge Dave Carlson.

Girl Missing Over A Year Found In Closet Of Michigan Home

A U.S. Marshals fugitive team found the girl Tuesday in Port Huron, Michigan, a year after her foster family reported her missing.(Gray News, file)

By The Associated Press

PORT HURON, Mich. (AP) — A 14-year-old girl who was reported missing over a year ago by her foster family has been found hiding in the closet of a Michigan home, authorities said.

A U.S. Marshals fugitive team found the girl Tuesday in Port Huron, about 62 miles (99 kilometers) northeast of Detroit. Child Protective Services took her to a hospital, where it was discovered that she was pregnant.

“She was crying,” Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Watson told the Detroit Free Press. “She didn’t know where she was going to go. She was pretty terrified. And she was afraid of losing her baby.”

Authorities are pursuing parental kidnapping charges against the girl’s biological mother, who previously lost custody of her daughter, Watson said.

The mother is believed to have found the girl after she ran away and started moving the girl from house to house, authorities said. The girl has been reunited with her biological father.

State police contacted Watson on Tuesday seeking help in locating the girl. Tips led authorities to the home.

“The occupants refused us entry, wouldn’t talk to us or give us any information,” he told The Detroit News. “We ended up having to serve a search warrant to get inside.”

Search continues for Madalina Cojocari two months after her disappearance

CORNELIUS, N.C. — Saturday marks two months since a missing 11-year-old Cornelius girl was last seen in public.

Madalina Cojocari was seen walking off a school bus on Nov. 21. Her mother, Diana Cojocari, last saw her at their Cornelius home on Nov. 23, but her mother didn’t report her missing until Dec. 15 -- 22 days later.

In January, Diana Cojocari and Christopher Palmiter each were indicted by a grand jury on the charge of failing to report the disappearance of a child to law enforcement.

The search for Madalina expanded into Western North Carolina on Jan 6. Law enforcement sources told Channel 9 they came in contact with Madalina’s mother, Diana Cojocari, in a rural part of Madison County. A deputy came in contact with Cojocari at a pull-off area on U.S. Highway 25 near Lonesome Mountain Road, sources said.

Days later, newly unsealed search warrants shed more light on what investigators are looking for in the case.

According to the documents obtained by Channel 9, investigators went to the home of Madalina Cojocari on Dec. 15. with a search warrant looking for any potential evidence that could be associated with her disappearance. They seized three iPhones and 11 other items from the home, according to the documents.

Then later, on Dec. 21, Channel 9 was at the home as police seized more items.

Information about what was taken from the home on both dates was redacted from the warrants, but it appears investigators took nearly 40 pieces of evidence.

The Cornelius Police Department, the SBI, and the FBI continue to search for Madalina. Those departments have posted flyers and billboards of Madalina since she went missing.

Harrowing details emerge as missing 14-year-old girl is found in a closet 400 miles from home a month after she vanished.

Police arrested 35-year-old David E. Roark on multiple charges after he allegedly abducted the child from Arkansas.

Roark also had outstanding warrants from Kentucky, according to cops.

His arrest comes after an investigation by the Exploited and Missing Child Unit and the White County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas.

The Wichita Police department were contacted by a White County sergeant after midnight on Wednesday.

The officer was looking for help in locating a 14-year-old girl who left home in early November and never returned, Officer Chad Ditch said.

A lead in the case came when the girl was seen with a man in a convenience store before leaving with him in a car.

White County investigators learned that the suspect was possibly in the Wichita area.

Following an investigation, police found out that Roark was likely staying at a nearby home.

He was arrested when he was seen leaving the house.

Officers then found the missing teen inside a closet.

Both the girl and Roark were interviewed by The Exploited and Missing Child Unit.

Roark is being held in jail on a $1.5million bond.

The U.S. Sun contacted the district attorney’s office for comment but did not hear back by the time of publication.

RIVERSIDE, CA — A convicted sex offender is in custody today after allegedly hopping the fence at a Riverside County Elementary school and attempting to sexually assault a child in the girl's restroom, according to the Riverside Police Department.

Police arrested 32-year-old Logan Nighswonger of Riverside on suspicion of attempted sex acts with a child under the age of 10 and being a registered sex offender on school grounds.

The incident occurred at about 12:30 p.m. Friday at McAuliffe Elementary in the 4100 block of Golden Avenue, according to the Riverside Police Department.

"A man had jumped the school fence and entered the girls’ restroom," the police department said in a written statement. "A campus supervisor observed this man, later identified as Logan Nighswonger, come out of the restroom and heard a girl crying inside."

Trinity Mount Ministries - LAW ENFORCEMENT APPRECIATION

Help Find Missing Children. Let's Put An End To Child Abuse And Exploitation... Care.

At the very conception of Trinity Mount Ministries (2010) - alignment with Law Enforcement was key to the structure of everything this organization stands for: this includes networking with NCMEC, DOJ, DHS, FBI as well as local and statewide police agencies and Law Enforcement personnel.

Law Enforcement is the most important consideration when it comes to the recovery and rescue of Missing Children, as well as the arrests, charges and convictions of child predators and child sex traffickers. This includes the removal of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) from the internet and arresting those responsible for the production and sharing of CSAM.

Also, let's not forget the National organizations that sponsor Child Safety programs and resources, such as PROJECT SAFE CHILDHOOD, CyberTipline, NetSmartz, AMBER Alerts, as well as other programs designed to keep children protected and to educate parents, guardians, teachers and everyone who wants to make this world a safer place for our children.

Trinity Mount Ministries, Trinity Mount Global Missing Kids and Trinity Mount International Missing Kids rely on Law Enforcement to do their work, including cooperation with and support from INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) concerning missing children throughout the world.

Detroit Officers Sense Something Wrong, Rescue Four Kidnapped Kids in a stolen car During A Traffic Stop

Posted by: FeaturedLaw and LegalMust Reads

DETROIT, MI – Not all heroes wear capes, and that much is evident in terms of police officers all over the nation.

That’s exactly the case in Detroit, Michigan where two officers noted something was off.

Through their digging, they were able to determine that the children in the car they’d pulled over had been kidnapped and they were able to rescue them.

On November 30th, Detroit Police Officers allegedly witnessed a vehicle run a red light in the area of Grand River and Evergreen Avenue and stopped the vehicle for the infraction.

When officers spoke to the female driver, she told them that she was in a hurry to get the children that were in the vehicle to school.

The officers noted the body language of the children inside the car and decided to dig a little deeper and began questioning the driver as to which school the children attend. The woman was unable to provide a straight answer to the question which immediately raised red flags.

According to Detroit Police Chief James White, Officers Parrish and Flannel asked the woman if the children were hers and she said that they were. White said:

“Are these your children? To which she said yes, and the children at the same time were shaking their head no.”

The officers separated the woman driver from the children and began to ask what the relationship was between them and her. What they learned was shocking, the children, whose ages ranged from 11 to 5, did not know who the woman was that was driving the car.

As the officers continued their investigation, they learned the vehicle the suspect, identified as Stephanie Marie Binder, was driving was reported stolen.

Binder was arrested and charged with four counts each of kidnapping – child enticement, unlawful imprisonment, and one count each of receiving and concealing stolen property -motor vehicle, and unlawfully driving away of an automobile.

While conducting further investigation, Detroit Police learned of a Ring doorbell camera that was in the area where the children would normally walk to school.

When they reviewed that video they saw the van the woman was allegedly driving pull up to the children as they were walking and have an interaction with them. During the interaction, Binder was allegedly able to convince them to enter the car and leave the area.

Officers believe that Binder was able to convince the children to enter the van by targeting the youngest one and convincing him to enter. The older siblings followed the youngest one to ensure that he was safe while one of them, who had a cell phone, was calling for help.

The children’s mother, Shayla Burleigh, reported:

“She preyed on my youngest one. The oldest one didn’t want to leave his youngest brother. He did what he had to do.”

She added:

“I just thank everyone involved that my children are back home safe.”

Keith Lindey, one of the children’s father, expressed his praise and gratitude that the Detroit Police officers dug further on a simple traffic stop to ensure the safety of the community. He said:

“I just want to congratulate the City of Detroit police officers for performing their duties. I am thankful.”

There has been no information released that would give any insight as to why Binder allegedly kidnapped the four children. Binder is being held in a Wayne County Jail on a $5 million bond.

The court has ordered Binder if she can bond out to not have any contact with the victims in the case and will be ordered to wear a GPS monitor. Additionally, she will be confined to her home until further ordered by the courts.

Sheriff’s department K9 saves child, tracks missing girl to shed in Tennessee

You’ve just got to love man’s best friend. Law enforcement officials in DeKalb County, Tennessee report that a sheriff’s K9 located and helped rescue a 6-year-old girl who had been abducted by her father on May 26.

The child was found by a Rutherford County sheriff’s K9, Fred and his handler Deputy Richard Tidwell.

Fox Carolina said deputies tracked the suspect, Nicholas Reeder and his daughter, Kinzleigh to a home in DeKalb County. Reeder has been charged with child abuse or neglect in the case. He is currently being held on $175,000 bond.

According to DeKalb County Sheriff Patrick Ray, Reeder was tracked to the area of the home, with the deputy and K9 called in where the pair was believed to be located behind a home.

Tidwell obtained an item belonging to Nicholas Reeder and the police bloodhound hit on it, following the scent along a footpath behind the home, finally tracking to an outbuilding.

Once the K9 sniffed the doorknob, he sat down, indicating this was where Reeder was likely to be with his daughter. Deputies made entry to the shed and located the young girl.

We made entry into the building and discovered the suspect and child in the back of the shed behind blankets that were hanging from a makeshift clothesline,” Rutherford County Sheriff’s Sgt. James Holloway said.

Nicholas Reeder was taken into custody, and Kinzleigh was turned over to DeKalb County deputies.

“He licked her face, and she gave him a big hug,” Tidwell said of the interaction between the K9 and the young girl, according to a Facebook post from the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.

Tidwell said that after the dog found the young girl, he gave him a special treat.

“I praised him and loved on him,” Tidwell said. “I pulled the chicken reward out of my pocket. He ate the chicken and wanted to meet other people as if to say, ‘Look what I’ve done.’”

Sheriff Ray was grateful for the assistance the agency received from various law enforcement partners.

He singled out the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, Rutherford County Fire & Rescue, StormPoint Drones, the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Smithville-DeKalb County Rescue Squad, DeKalb EMS, the FBI and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, who all participated in the search for young Kinzleigh.

Ray said the building where the pair was found was a small outbuilding with poor ventilation that “reeked of ammonia,” Ray said, according to WKRN. He noted that the building had been boarded with metal, and there was little food or water. He said they had been using a five-gallon bucket as a makeshift toilet.

The sheriff said Kinzleigh had been removed from her father’s custody on March 18 after they were found camped out under a bridge while a creek was rising in the area. He was arrested at that time on charges of child abuse and neglect, and the child was placed in temporary custody of a family member.

For some unknown reason, the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) allowed Reeder to live in the same household as his daughter.

Despite the fact the child went missing in late May, it wasn’t until nearly a month later, June 21 when DCS found the time to file a missing child report when they were granted custody of Kinzleigh.

The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office said this was Fred’s first recovery since he joined the department in 2020.
